Subscription and Payment Terms

Paid features may be offered as subscriptions and are processed through Stripe.

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
• Taxes and fees: You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with your purchase.

Content Licensing and Permitted Use

The Services include educational content, including videos, episodes, articles, templates, and other materials (“Content”). Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Clinical Modality grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your personal and internal educational use.

• You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, sell, or sublicense the Content.
• You may not share access credentials or circumvent access controls.

Community Guidelines

• Be respectful: harassment, hate speech, and abusive behavior are prohibited.
• No medical advice to other users: the Services are for education and professional discussion, not for giving individualized medical advice to other users.
• Do not post content that violates laws, regulations, or the rights of others.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Intellectual Property

The Services and Content, including all associated intellectual property rights, are owned by Clinical Modality or its licensors. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are granted to you.

Disclaimer

The Services and Content are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Clinical Modality does not provide healthcare services and does not create a physician–patient relationship. You are solely responsible for your professional judgment and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinical Modality and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
