Educational Use Only

Clinical Modality provides educational content about healthcare technology workflows. The content is not medical advice, legal advice, regulatory advice, or a substitute for your own professional judgment. We do not provide healthcare services through the site, and using the site does not create a physician-patient, attorney-client, consultant-client, or other professional relationship.

Accounts

• You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
• Please provide accurate information and keep it current where the site asks for it.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

One-Time Purchases

Paid products are currently sold through one-time Stripe Checkout sessions for bootcamp seats and course certificates. We do not currently sell subscriptions.

• Prices, included access, taxes, and payment details are shown at checkout or on the relevant product page.
• Bootcamp cancellation, refund, withdrawal, transfer, and attendance terms are provided at the point of sale and apply to that purchase.
• Course certificate purchases may require completion of the applicable course requirements before a certificate is issued.
• Stripe processes payment information. Clinical Modality stores purchase records needed to provide access, support the purchase, and meet accounting or legal obligations.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site for unlawful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or harmful activity.
• Do not upload, send, or request patient-specific medical information through the site.
• Do not share account access, bypass access controls, scrape the site, or interfere with site security or availability.
• Do not copy, redistribute, resell, or present Clinical Modality content as your own work.

We may suspend access or remove content if we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.

Intellectual Property

Clinical Modality content, including articles, videos, episodes, course material, frameworks, templates, and site design, belongs to Clinical Modality or its licensors. The content is made by real people, not generated as AI content.

• You may access content for your own personal, professional, or internal educational use.
• Templates and practical materials are licensed for your use in evaluating, planning, or improving healthcare technology workflows.
• You may not sell, sublicense, publicly repost, bulk-download, or redistribute our content or templates unless we give written permission.
